Zehirut Group was founded in Colombia in 1997 by Fernando Tapias Diaz
Zehirut began its operation by offering security consulting and physical security services, expanding rapidly in Colombia and its surroundings. With the arrival of retired General Fernando Tapias Stahelin as president of the organization, the company expanded its portfolio by generating solutions for Central America, the Caribbean, and the United States, creating a total of four companies for the Group: Zehirut Ltda, Zirescol, South Trade Global Dominicana and Zehirut International.
In 2019, the Group launched Sheltron, a technology solution company that focuses on Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and counter- UAS systems, with operations in Israel and the United States.
